We are currently seeking a full time Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of complex, high-reliability printed circuit boards (PCBs) for space-bound systems. The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in space technology. Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced digital and RF PCBs specifically for space applications, ensuring robust performance under extreme conditions.

Lead mixed-signal and RF systems design, including link budget analysis and system optimization.

Manage the entire lifecycle of PCB development, from conceptual design to hardware implementation and testing.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new boards, troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliability and compliance with space standards.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PCBs with other system components.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Requirements:

B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field

7-10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with at least 4 years focused on designing PCBs for space applications

Profound expertise in mixed-signal and RF system design

Proven experience in bringing up and testing new boards

Must be a U.S. Person as defined by the U.S. government, due to the nature of the work involving sensitive technology

Willingness to relocate to Northern Virginia

Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, startup environment

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
