Job Description

Jabbers is a 5,000 Sq/ft indoor play place looking for a part-time outside sales associate to help grow our sales and develop our brand reach in the community. Pay is hourly and commission based.

Job Description

Jabber’s Outside Sales Associate will focus on expanding our customer base to private rentals and field trips, as well as attend community booth events, and help develop an internal sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Organize and attend outside booth events

Development community relationships

Attend at least 1 networking group

Cold call and visit local daycares, schools, or churches to book field trips

Increase private rental sales

Create internal sales strategy and train staff

Obtain understanding of the industry and trends

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives

Terrific interpersonal communication skills

Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology

Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Ability to maintaining positive relationships to promote future sales

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $20.00/hour.
