General Description
A Crew Leader/Shop Manager is responsible for all installers. Their responsibilities range from
making sure everyone is on time, to ensuring we have the right products to complete the
installations. This is a great position with a large impact on the success of the company with
growth potential. Crew Leader will directly report to the General Manager or Owner if the
General Manager is not in place.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manage A Team Of 2-8 Employees. Timeliness, work ethic, Training
Manage Revenue & efficiency For Their Entire Team
Manage Teams Truck Cleanliness and maintenance
Manage Teams Daily Schedules
Provide Training for All Team Members
Responding to customers as needed
Responsible for Upkeep of All Team Members Training Companions
Shop organization and stocking
Staging Inventory
Manage Teams Personal Appearance
Uphold Safety Culture for the Team
Work in field on occasion if additional install help is needed.
LMS Training up to date for all team members.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
Morning Huddles
Fill in for General Manager as needed
Sales support as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of construction experience or construction related training/schooling
Care and understanding for the people actually doing the work
Client focused
Interest in growing with the company and leading a team of installers
Deadline-focused and results driven
Strong people and communication skills
Must have a valid drivers license
Pass background check
