What You’ll Do
If you’re a person who truly appreciates the process of seeing a project come to life, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. In this role, you’ll see the project from the design stage to project managing the installation. You’ll start by meeting with both the client and the internal project teams to define the project’s applications. Next, you’ll perform calculations and size components as well as prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for field use. When it’s time to bring the project to life, you will coordinate with other disciplines like mechanical engineering, control panel fabrication and electrical installation personnel to project manage the installation.
What You’ll Need
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
Control panel design
National Electric Code
AutoCAD Electrical
Who You Are
Detail Oriented – You have an eye for things and know details matter
Mechanical – You are familiar 3-Phase power and electrical circuits
Technical – In addition to AutoCAD, you are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Timely – You know that schedules effect budgets and manage your time accordingly
