Cold Forming Operator

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Cold Forming Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in operating and maintaining cold forming machinery to produce parts according to specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual to learn about cold forming machinery and passionate about manufacturing that is eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate cold forming machines to produce high-quality metal components.

Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition.

Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production flow.

Inspect finished parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.

Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a forming operator or similar role in manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
