DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
A Technical expert, responsible training Composite Technicians on repair processes.
Travel to Projects to resolve advance repair challenges or issues.
Ensuring that the repair scope aligns with the manufacture requirements.
Make technical decisions by specialized knowledge and skills.
Main point of contact on repair processes and plans with the Composite team and customers.
Create and communicate all repair instructions focusing on safety, quality, and Production.
Support the Training Coordinator in creating specialized hands-on Training for Composite Technicians.
knowledge of solutions for all levels of non-structural repairs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new materials and repair solutions.
Review incoming scopes of work to design repair dispositions for severe damages.
Ensure that Safety and Quality is maintained in our processes and deliverables.
Efficient in problem solving, best practice sharing, and technical review.
Additional Duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
5 to 8 years of Composite Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
2 to 5 years of experience in the Wind industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
Willing to Travel
Strong leadership skills.
Strong communication skills including proficient in the English Language.
Proficient interpreting and understanding Engineering drawings.
Valid driver’s license
Target Salary 80-100K
