Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to identify new location opportunities and develop data-driven expansion strategies.

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to establish strategic partnerships and referral networks.

Develop and manage the expansion budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a compelling ROI, while aligning with the overall financial objectives.

Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment to achieve strategic goals.

Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of the practice and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
