Requirement and Qualifications :

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance

Graduate degree in finance, data science or business management – solid grounding in financial fundamentals a requirement

Strong data modeling and data visualization skills in Excel and Excel VBA and PowerBI

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure and mentally resilient

Flexibility, patience, and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges with changing business priorities.

Ability to work effectively with speed, ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines

Desire to accelerate their career path through a challenging and rewarding experience.

FY23 Performance should be minimum “Consistently Meets Expectations” or higher
