About the role:

The SCCM Administrator is required to support GC Global Projects on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) technology. The SCCM administrator will closely work with IT Site Support Administrators to keep the GC business End Points as per the Industry Standard Compliance Level. The SCCM Administrator reports to Azure Architect for day-to-day technical directions and priorities and to the Head - Global IT & Business Solutions for George Clinical IT Service, Project, and support deliveries.

Key Accountabilities:

Second Level SCCM support Server and End User Computing for Global IT.

Ensure the SCCM server is maintained with regular version upgrades.

Creation of Patch bundles for Windows 10 and 11 Workstations timely manner.

Planning and Implementing Windows Desktop Operating System upgradation based on Vendor recommendation and Support notification.

Ensure OSD and Task Sequence are updated quarterly with the latest updates.

Need to create a Package for Applications on requests

Ensure Office 365 updates are deployed monthly.

Ensure all the requests related to IT Support are logged in the global ticket system.

Check on outstanding tickets, escalate to level three as required, and ensure all tickets are resolved within our SLA expectations.

Compliant with GC Global IT policies, SOPs, and GC business systems (private and public cloud). Deliver desktop & laptop support to GC end users based on needs.

Other accountabilities as agreed with the Manager.

What are our expectations of candidates?

5 plus years of experience in Implementing, Managing, and Upgrading System Center Configuration Manager in the enterprise environment.

Maintaining the SCCM server as per Industry Standard Compliance

Patch Management of Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2019

O365 Build deployment and Feature Update

Windows 10 and 11 Upgradation

Windows 10 and 11 OSD Deployment and Troubleshooting

Application Packaging and Deployment

SCCM Compliance Report Publishing

Troubleshooting skills on Server and Client end
