We’re looking for a SAP Project Manager role for the Delhi location, who will be part of our Delivery Team in India.

As a member of our consulting team, the SAP Project Manager will be responsible for leading and/or architecting solutions for SAP opportunities, managing project scopes with customers, and providing leadership and direction for the teams tasked with implementing the solutions. The Project Manager will be a member of the Professional Services team and will work with the consulting project teams implementing SAP for our clients.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE –

1. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and serve as a customer advisor and company advocate.

2. Plan and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementations.

3. Prepare weekly status reports and facilitate weekly status review meetings with customers.

4. Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with customers.

5. Facilitate the implementation/support of SAP at client location(s).

6. Participate in business process discovery meetings with clients to assess technology needs.

7. Work with clients, end-users, and management to understand their business and software requirements and translate those business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements, and specifications for solutions.

8. Work closely with clients to proactively review applications; make recommendations on products

and/or modifications by client needs.

9. Participate in SOW creation, writing deliverables, budget, and initial project plan.

10. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.

11. Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.

12. Ensure Embee methodologies are followed by all team members for assigned projects.

13. Provide supervision and leadership to the project team, including reviewing work products to ensure that it meets Embee quality standards, determining priorities, and providing coaching and feedback on performance to team members.

14. Ensuring the payments are made and do follow-ups if required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

1. In-depth functional knowledge of SAP.

2. Three end to end years of SAP implementation experience.

3. Four+ years of experience in Managing ERP projects, preferably SAP.

4. Structured implementation methodologies experience.

5. Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.

6. Strong customer relationship skills.
