Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a technical consultant. The candidate must be detail-oriented and should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools used for report, integration and fast formula development.

Candidate should have working experience of more than two implementation or Oracle HCM cloud support projects. Technical experience in Core HR and Payroll modules are also required. Experience on any of the following modules are preferred – Benefits, Compensation, ORC, Absence Management, Time and Labor.

Job description:

KGS is looking for experienced and preferably certified candidates with technical skills on integration, reports and fast formula development and it’s debugging. The candidate would be a part of the Oracle team in the KGS Consulting practice.

The role requires sound technical experience, basic functional knowledge as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as the candidate will be taking responsibility for customer engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their technical issues and tailor solutions to their needs.

• Troubleshoot Reports, Integrations or Fast Formula issues and provide resolution within the given timelines.

• Candidate will be involved in debugging and providing solutions to clients for technical items such as BI Publishers, OTBIs, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.

• Will be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.

• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for functional testing of the components.

• Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues.

• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

• Create reusable components to reduce time and effort on future engagements.

Required Skills:

• Good exposure and technical knowledge on Inbound and Outbound Integrations, Reports and Fast Formulas for more than two modules.

• Sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure & BI Publisher.

• Experience on Extracts, HDL & PBL fast formulas is preferred.

• Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.

• Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

• Should be flexible to work in shifts (Shift B – 3.30pm to 12.00am; Shift C – 9pm to 5.30am)

• Experience on Incident Management Tools is a preferred (Eg. Jira, Service Now)

• Ability to lead junior team members in the technical track.

• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. or B.Tech.) is preferred.

• Must have worked on more than two Implementation or Managed Services Projects as a technical resource.

• Oracle Certification on Global HR/Payroll preferred.

Seniority Level:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• 3 years of relevant experience in oracle cloud
