Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the planning, design, and execution of software testing activities across multiple product releases.

Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to thoroughly evaluate software functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance testers, to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing efforts.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Mocha, Chai, Jest) to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, support teams, or internal stakeholders, and work closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.

Perform regression testing, integration testing, performance testing, and other types of testing as needed to ensure the stability and integrity of software releases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of testing complex software systems and delivering high-quality products.

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Junit, Mocha, Chai, Jest) and proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) is highly desirable.
