Candidate should have minimum 1 year of on paper experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.
Candidates should have experience into troubleshooting to support service desk tickets for associates.
Candidates must have on paper experience and knowledge about networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN and technologies/Active Directory/BSOD/VDI /OS365.
Only Graduates are eligible.
Flexible and Open to working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays.
Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
Candidates must have good technical skills with basic networking concepts.
Candidates have to be immediate joiners.
Candidates should be comfortable with work from office.
Candidates should be located within 25 kms of boundary from office location.
Candidates must have all employment documents (releasing letter, experience letter, offer letter and play slips) from their previous work experience.
Candidates should have all their marksheets and certificates.
