Job Duties:

- Provides support for Business Development activities such as client relationship management and social media marketing.

- Answers email inquiries and phone calls while ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to questions, concerns, and client request.

- Serve as the contact point for clients and deliver messages and reports.

- Obtains positive and negative feedback from patients and referral sources, reporting the information to the appropriate teams.

- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines.

- Schedules client meetings and patient appointments.

- Updates and maintains the Excel filing systems, performing light data entry as required.

- Drafts social media, website, and marketing content and updates sites as needed.

- Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Applicant must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn. Applicant must be motivated, customer service oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail. We have 4 offices throughout Southern California, including in Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Santa Maria, and Bakersfield. The Spine and Orthopedic Center is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care relating to back and neck conditions. Additionally, we also specialize in conservative, non-surgical treatment of orthopedic conditions, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot conditions, and in treatment of neurological conditions (specializing in TBI). We believe that patients benefit from a conservative (non-surgical), multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. Treatment options include pain management, spinal injections, and, if necessary, minimally invasive surgeries such as outpatient microdiscectomy, spinal fusion, and arthroscopic surgery.
