Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will spearhead a variety of construction projects, including commercial buildings, parking spaces, and institutional structures. You will manage these projects from conception to completion, focusing on efficient execution, budget adherence, and exceptional quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in transforming architectural visions into tangible realities, ensuring all projects reflect our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure terms and conditions are favorable and comply with the project requirements.

Oversee contract fulfillment, ensuring that all parties meet their contractual obligations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and construction workers, as well as external stakeholders such as government officials and property owners.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage scope changes to maintain project financial health.

Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as necessary.

Provide regular updates to senior management and all stakeholders through presentations and detailed reports.

Manage the project risks, including developing mitigation strategies.

Maintain a strong relationship with clients throughout the project, ensuring their needs are met and managing their expectations regarding project deliverables.

Enforce strict compliance with all health and safety regulations on the construction site.

Manage the allocation of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) efficiently to ensure they are available as needed to meet project timelines.

Optimize resource use to reduce waste and increase efficiency without compromising quality.

Supervise and inspire a team of professionals and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment.

Perform any other duties, as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD) and MS Office.

Deep understanding of compliance and safety regulations in international contexts.

PMP certification is strongly preferred.
