High Profile has partnered with our client to find a HRIS Analyst for an in-office contract assignment. The person in this role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency, and effectiveness of various HR Information Systems including ADP WorkForce Now and SilkRoad, as well as how these systems interface with other proprietary and third-party systems/solutions. In addition, the position supports efforts to tell the story behind people data and preparing it for presentation.

•Collaboratively develops scalable solutions to meet business requirements for all HR systems and functional processes such as cross-functional teams in finance, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and payroll time systems•Manages technical projects of varying scales across various business lines to ensure that project is on-time, within budget and fully delivers expected value to the business•Assists in the reporting/analyses to provide insights about the effectiveness of teammate management practices including compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, career progression, and diversity•Provides integration and development support for applications across the enterprise which integrates into HRIS and existing HR Technology infrastructure•Creates, maintains, and manages business processes, organizational structures, role assignments, application configuration and user account security in the HRIS systems/modules•Creates necessary structure and additions to data, such as locations, job codes, bonus / equity, salary grades and management levels •Ensures HR systems are optimized to provide reporting and analytics to customers and leadership• Maintains and administers ad hoc reporting tools•Assists with special projects, such as hiring and acquisitions to integrate new employees into the HRIS system(s), new hire benefits enrollments and/or open enrollment support and carrier systems connections• Monitors, tests, and serves as primary owner for data loads into the HRIS system•Develops, documents and maintains processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR processes & data•Works with appropriate business partners to review, test and ensure successful adoption of product releases, updates, and integrations

3+ years recent and relevant experience as a HRIS Analyst

Prior experience with ADP WorkForce Now and SilkRoad preferred
