Locums Hospitalist in Indiana

Coverage Needed:

June 1 - ongoing

Must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month

12 hour shifts, rotate call

Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

17 emergency department beds

Certified Level II Trauma Center

Hospital offers many specialties including Anesthesiology, GS, Neurology, OB, Pathology, Plastic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Urology, HM, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, and Pediatrics

Accredited Chest Pain Center that treats heart emergencies like heart attacks or arrhythmias

Patient population: mainly adult & elderly; 15% are pediatric

EMR: Meditech

24-hours of physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts

12-hours APP coverage daily; 12-hour shifts

1 APP in-house at night

Hospitalists respond to codes

Open ICU; pulmonologist available

No procedures
