Job Description

This Office Administrator candidate will be working inside a big warehouse, below is the job description:

Payrate: $17.00 per hour. (Non-Negotiable)

Bilingual- Speak and understand English (for safety reasons)

Strong written, verbal, and email communication

Comfortable handling of confidential information.

Walkthrough checks in the warehouse to ensure employees are properly equipped throughout the day

Interview Times availability:

Monday-Thursday

8:00AM-10:30AM

1:30pm-2:30pm

Schedules:

Monday-Thursday (10 hours shift):

7:00 AM- 5:30 PM.

Lunch: 11:30-12:10pm

Duties:

Handle Office/Janitorial inventory/supply upkeep

Process payroll

Review and process invoices

Walkthrough checks in the warehouse to ensure employees are properly equipped throughout the day

Communication between warehouse and office leadership

Process Amazon returns through UPS

Ship out documentation or packages through UPS

Requirements:

DRIVER LICENSE due to running errands by using the company cars

Reliable personal transportation

Bilingual- Speak and understand English (for safety reasons)

A reasonable level of fitness due of walking through warehouse .

Punctuality, reliable and trustworthy.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Comfortable handling of confidential information.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

1 or more years’ office administration experience

Comfortable with administrative duties

Strong written, verbal and email communication
