We are a Los Angeles based Landscape and Holiday Lighting installation company seeking hard working, energetic people to work full time, helping to create our art! You would be assisting at amazing job sites all throughout Los Angeles and Southern California.

We do award winning work and have fun doing it. Our perfect candidate has a can do attitude and is a team player, experience isn't necessary. We can train you to do amazing things but if you have experience in landscaping, construction or masonry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Strong work ethic, self motivated, organized and must have a “can-do” attitude

Work positively and efficiently; takes direction and is a quick learner

Must be comfortable working on ladders

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 65 pounds

Have full range of motion in upper and lower body; be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time

Must have dependable transportation to arrive at work on time

Ability to maintain a safe work environment

Knowledge of hand and power tools is a big plus

Participate in safety training and obey all safety instructions, rules, policies and procedures

High school degree, diploma or GED certificate from a certified institution preferred

JOB DUTIES

Work in warehouse, various tasks, prepare items for installation

Install innovative lighting and premium outdoor audio systems

Digging trenches for installations of landscape lighting and various onsite job related tasks

Coring, grouting, and masonry work

Various other duties related to landscape, architectural lighting and outdoor audio

COMPENSATION

Dependent upon experience. Starting pay range from $20-32 per hour. Overtime is expected, but is never drastic. Incentives and bonuses are available. Fantastic PTO plan as well as profit sharing for vested employees. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow!Company Description
