Kervan USA - Road Sales Representative

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS IN NEW JERSEY

Details: We are looking for Full-Time Route Sales and Merchandising Representatives to work in independent stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, convenience stores, and major retail outlets in selected areas. Candidates should have at least 2 years of Sales and/or Merchandising experience in New Jersey.

This is a CONSTANTLY MOVING JOB - traveling about 300-400 miles per week, making 8 - 12 stops per day. You will use a company vehicle - this means no additional mileage on your personal vehicle. The company covers all travel expenses, including gas, toll fees, vehicle maintenance, and other travel expenses during business trips.

Basic service steps:

Meet with the Store owners / Department Managers.

Arrange the product according to the Plan-O-Gram.

Replace any missing price tags.

Write an order on a handheld computer.

Pull & invoice the order.

Verify the counts with the receiver.

Place the product on our display.

This process is repeated 8-12 times a day.

Additional duties:

Cover all assigned stores each week.

Merchandise our products according to company standards.

Ensure products are properly placed and shelves are clean.

Fill displays to prevent stockouts.

Rotate products.

Complete weekly and monthly paperwork.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, no DUIs, clean driving record.

Ability to repeatedly lift 15-25 lb boxes, up to 25 times per day.

Ability to climb in and out of the delivery truck, reach up to top shelves, bend down to bottom shelves, & drive up to 2 hours non-stop.

Associate's degree.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Computer literacy required

Pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical.

Fluent in Spanish
