Animal Hospital Manager

AZPetVet is a team of passionate people dedicated to bringing better care to more pets. We have 22 locations across the greater Phoenix area and are looking for a dynamic people leader to lead one of our busy west valley animal hospitals.

The Hospital Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and people leadership of the hospital. They work with the doctor and support teams to ensure our clients have an excellent experience and that we drive clinical quality while maintaining a great culture. The Hospital Manager reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and has a fantastic support team to ensure they are set up for success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

2+ years of customer service experience required

1+ years of veterinary leadership experience required

Compensation is $55K to $70K + up to 10% bonus paid monthly!
