Reimer is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. You'll benefit from uncapped compensation, and great benefits including Health Insurance, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA, and Matching 401k benefits.

What YOU will do:

Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini spilt systems with a high level of quality workmanship

Communicate with homeowners to provide consistent high level customer experience

Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation

Complete required paperwork for each job

What YOU will bring:

3+ Years of HVAC installation experience

Ability to work in a team

Understanding of low voltage control wiring

Valid drivers license

Ability to lift up to 80lbs

Ability to work in attics and crawls spaces

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

Reimer may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
