**Responsibilities:**

- Handle all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery.

- Maintain the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion, prioritizing safety at all times.

- Inspect all lighting equipment, hardware, and motors for quality control.

- Utilize desk/computer workstation to pull up orders in Share Point/Nexus systems.

- Conduct visual inspections of each product and document findings accurately.

- Perform data entry and log equipment back into the inventory system.

- Ensure accuracy in matching orders with items picked/returned.

- Demonstrate high attention to detail, focusing on quality control for safety.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous warehouse or distribution experience in the lighting industry preferred, but not required.

- Ability to identify products by size, type, style, color, or product code.

- Basic math and reasoning skills.

- Familiarity with inventory control, bar-coding equipment, and handheld devices.

- Comfortable working on a computer and typing.

- Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, or NEXUS is a bonus.

- Willingness to learn and undergo training.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs unassisted.

- Able to spend extended periods standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.

**Incentives:**

- 90-day evaluation with potential pay increase based on attendance/performance.

- Yearly evaluation with potential pay increase based on attendance/performance.

- Opportunity for pay increase to $17.00/hr upon hire to fulltime status

- Experienced candidates in the lighting industry may be eligible for a higher starting rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.50 per hour
