IRA Cycle Counter II - 1st Shift

The IRA Cycle Counter II (1st Shift) is responsible for cycle counting components and finished goods inventory, ground and elevated levels in the warehouse, shipping and production areas.

This function serves as both a measure and corrective action maintaining high inventory record accuracy (99%). * Routinely cycle count inventory by following Warehouse.

* Able to successfully complete pre-employment screening and training class.

* Management System (WMS) directions.

* Accurately count/verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batches * "Search and Rescue" lost product * Product rotation and retrieval for consolidation to minimize storage needs * Be aware of surroundings for possible safety hazards and alert co-workers * perform other duties as assigned Standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching while gripping and lifting boxes weighing up to 50lbs or more at all levels from floor to above the head.

Ability to work in demanding circumstances (crowded conditions, cold storage (-10 to 40 degrees), for entire shift (8-10 hrs.) Honest and respectful communication Compliance with company attendance standards.
