Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads PPC, Meta & LinkedIn Ad Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fully creating, managing and optimizing our Ads campaigns to drive maximum performance and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the various Google Ads types, Meta, LinkedIn ads etc., strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving results through digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive Ads strategies to achieve client objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, sales growth, and brand awareness.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Account Setup and Configuration:

Set up and configure Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc. accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and tracking mechanisms (conversion tracking, remarketing tags, etc.).

Ensure proper account structure and organization for optimal campaign performance and scalability.

Testing and Experimentation:

Implement A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Test different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Analyze trends and patterns in data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Communicate performance updates and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to Google Ads.

Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance campaign performance through new features and technologies.
