Wedding Manager

Creekside Cabins & Tavern has just completed our new wedding venue with breathtaking views and rustic charm. Nestled in the heart of Arizona deep in the lush ponderosa pine forests, Christopher Creek provides an idyllic backdrop for that special day. Our facilities can accommodate – Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Cabin Rentals, Live Music, and much more.

We are seeking a Wedding Manger to handle all marketing, client management, vendor/partner management, and most importantly wedding event management for our new venue.

Hybrid position - may work remotely when not needed onsite for events and event planning.

Marketing

● Create promotions and marketing materials to boost wedding sales

● Interact with potential clients via our social media

● Ensure Creekside is well represented online, via social media and on applicable wedding websites.

Client Management

● Serve as the main point of contact for wedding clients during all phases of wedding projects from the initial inquiry stage until after the completion of the wedding via client management software and direct contact.

Vendor/Partner Management

● Build book of wedding vendors that can supply the needs of our wedding clients (florists, photographers, DJs, rental companies, etc)

Wedding Management

● Develop menus, packages, services offerings for best-in-class wedding experience

● Work across the Creekside leadership team to ensure that catering, bar services, wedding setup/breakdown, cabin rentals and check-in process runs smoothly

● Be on-site to manage weddings and their guests on event days (including rehearsal, wedding, receptions and any other associated events ensuring a best-in-class experience.

● Ensure all agreed upon client expectations are met and weddings are conducted with best-in-class service.
