HVAC Maintenance Technician

The HVAC Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities: * Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.

* Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.

* Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.

* Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.

* Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

* Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.

* Follow safety policies and procedures.

* Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.

* Respecting the customer's property.

* Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.

* Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.

Qualifications: * GED or High School Diploma * Associate's degree in related field preferred * Ability to pass NATE Core Test * Solid communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
