Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator based in our Houston office location to support our Supply Chain / procurement project team.

Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

without sponsorship required.

No referral bonuses will be offered with this position.

* Must have experience working with and/or supporting Supply Chain * Answers incoming phone calls and addresses emails * Greets visitors and assists in resolving issues * Interfaces with clients and vendors and ensures outcomes are appropriately communicated * Coordinates and schedules meetings and special events * Organizes and maintains files and records * Prepares, formats and distributes documents such as meeting minutes, complex reports, presentations and studies * Facilitates domestic and/or global travel * Format documents as required * May maintain a SharePoint site * May process requisitions * May support luncheons * Must have experience working with and/or supporting Supply Chain * Proven experience supporting administrative activities * Demonstrates a professional manner in appearance * Must possess the ability to read, write and comprehend written and spoken English * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Visio and other software programs as required * 3+ years minimum experience in this type of capacity * Ability to operate office equipment including computer, keyboard, mouse, copier and phone * Strong PC skills with ability to enter data and verify accuracy * Strong knowledge in developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and studies * Strong knowledge of document formatting; ability to maintain and modify formats of spreadsheets and other project documents in order to complete tasks * Ability to learn other applications and use databases as required * Strong understanding of the project Supply Chain function, terminology, policies and procedures * Effective oral and written communication skills with professional vocabulary, professional grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications * Excellent organization and time management skills and abilities to meet deadlines * Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task * Ability to resolve problems and questions independently * Ability to maintain confidential / sensitive files and records
