Job Details Job Location: Stingray PP Yukon OK - Yukon, OK Salary Range: Undisclosed Description General Purpose of Position: Responsible for the day to day field operations on location and maintaining good relationships with our base clientele.

The Service Supervisor is accountable for successful operation of equipment, support equipment, job execution, and quality control.

The position oversees coordination and scheduling of equipment crews and third party vendors.

Position has direct ability to administer corrective action on crew employees, stop work authority for safety concerns, and termination/suspensions on site when immediate safety is a concern.

Essential Job Duties: 1.

Uphold and enforce all company polices on site including safety.

2.

Monitor and ensure save execution of travel, job setup, job execution, and return of all personnel and equipment.

3.

Oversee compliance with all quality control procedures set forth by Stingray.

4.

Ensure all equipment is maintained properly per maintenance schedule and all required job, maintenance, and DOT paperwork are properly completed.

5.

Inspect all personnel, equipment, rig-up, and final pre-job fluid tests and chemical volumes to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.

6.

Maintain mass balance calculation per the required job design and communicate significant parameters to equipment operators.

7.

Provide training to any and all employees as needed.

8.

Ensure all personnel meet operational and OSHA training requirements.

9.

Conduct onsite safety meetings and ensure all personnel know their positions, duties, and responsibilities.

10.

Report all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents, and injuries.

11.

Drive and operate heavy and complex equipment as needed.

Additional Job Duties: 1.

Assist mechanics with major repairs on equipment.

2.

Train new employees as needed on equipment.

3.

Operate crane and/or forklift.

4.

Clean, organize, and take inventory of materials at the yard/warehouse.

5.

Conduct disciplinary action meetings with field personnel.

6.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications 1.

High school diploma or equivalent 2.

Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat, air brake, and tanker endorsements preferred 3.

3 to 5 years frac experience with 1+ yrs supervisory/leadership experience 4.

Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 5.

Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time 6.

Ability to lift 50lbs or more 7.

Ability to work irregular hours and be on call at all times 8.

Ability to effectively communicate and lead 9.

Ability to successfully solve problems 10.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office 11.

Comply with all Stingray policies and procedures and all health and safety policies Environment: Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including wet, humid conditions and extreme heat or cold.
