* Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Field Support * Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
* Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
* Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
* Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
* Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (with a focus on Microsoft) * Physical Effort: Generally required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice * Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance * Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose * Solid team and people skills * Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
