SCC is seeking experienced Part-time, Project-based Workforce Development Specialists to assist business and industry partners.

Ideal candidates will have experience in facilitating and training (on-site and remote) in an industrial environment as well as providing input related to process improvement and related implementation strategies.

Specific knowledge/experience in but not be limited to: * Computer Applications * Leadership & Supervision * Quality/Lean Topics * Federal and Local Regulations and Safety Standards * Technical Skills Topics * Technical Writing and Instructional Design MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 3-5 years of related experience with business and industry * Strong attention to detail * Leadership experience * Self-motivated * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work well with others St.
