We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team in the Orlando area.

As an HVAC Technician, you would be responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers to ensure optimal performance.

Work will take place in a variety of settings, including commercial and industrial environments.

The HVAC Technician collaborates with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Essential Responsibilities: * Perform HVAC system installations, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, implementing effective solutions; and conduct repairs on HVAC systems, including components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.

* Identify opportunities for system upgrades or energy efficiency improvements and make recommendations.

* Conduct thorough testing and calibration of HVAC systems to verify proper operation.

* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and service performed on HVAC systems.

* Generate reports on system performance, equipment condition, and recommendations for improvements.

* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
