SPARCS Facilitator

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position: SPARCS Facilitator is responsible for the group-based, trauma-informed therapeutic component of YAP services.

* SPARCS Facilitator manages groups, including following program curriculum and guidelines and documenting each youth's progress in the sessions through case notes.

* SPARCS Facilitator works closely with YAP Advocates to holistically address the needs of the youth receiving services.

Qualifications/Requirements: Master's Degree with experience related to selected instructional topics Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
