Gelcoat Repair C

JOB SUMMARY: Efficient repair of defects in the finish of fiberglass boats or trailer fenders.

JOB DUTIES: * Use of spray equipment to repair defects * Use of sanders and buffers * Use of hand tools * Watch for additional defect not previously found * Promote and maintain 5S & TVP standards * Any other job duties assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Willing and able to train new employees in gel repair * Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 8+ hours a day * Work overtime as needed * Color sensitive * Detail oriented * Ability to detect defects from very small to large in size * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Ability to work in heat * Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes * Manual dexterity * Good coordination * Have good quality habits * Have good attendance habits * Ability to follow instructions accurately
