Low Voltage Service Manager

The Low Voltage Service Manager is responsible for generating business by calling on customers and building relationships with them.

The Low Voltage Service Manager needs to be familiar with the business activities and growth in their surrounding area and know which businesses should be contacted about potential work.

In this position, the Low Voltage Service Manager represents Muth Electric in the community at all times and needs to make a positive impression in the community.

The Low Voltage Service Manager is responsible to ensure that the entire department follows all Standard Procedures and Lean processes that are developed by Muth Electric.

This includes scheduling and controlling the effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment using all those lean processes.

When this is done work orders will be completed as scheduled and in an organized method, minimizing costs, and so that a minimal amount of warranty work will need to be done.

The Low Voltage Service Department must follow all federal, state, and local codes that apply to the work being done.
