MAINTENANCE TECH II

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations for the exterior of the building and the parking garage at Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital.

The Technician operates, maintains, monitors and repairs stationary steam, chilled water, and cogeneration plant consisting of fire tube boilers, electric centrifugal chillers, steam turbine centrifugal chillers, HVAC equipment and associated physical plant equipment and controls.

The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers.

Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE Relevant Experience Certification And Licensure Requirements Pa Drivers License Boiler License Non-traditional Routes to Established Skill Level May Be Accepted After a Review of Education and Experience.
