* One of the best Technician Incentive Programs in the industry * Comprehensive Benefits Plan * Weekly Pay Job Summary: * Diagnose and complete complex repairs to engines both in the shop and at the customer's site * Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner by ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs * Apply the use of specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete fewer complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools * Perform preventative maintenance activities per documented schedules and standards on the engine and related components in shop or in the field * Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisor * Complete required documents, such as service worksheets, time sheets, and warranty claims through handwritten forms and/or business system input screens Diagnostic Skills and Experience: * Excellent Diagnostic skills * Ability to carry out full diagnostics using diagnostic tools on different product types * Experience performing all work within Standard Repair Times (STRs) * Experience using Insite Diagnostic Tool * Properly use parts books, services manuals, and QuickServe online * Experience using Cummins EDS System Required Skills: * Experienced Diesel Engine Technician Level II or Level III with High Horsepower * Have completed multiple complete engine overhauls by yourself or within a team environment * Experience with Cummins Diesel Engines: ISB 6.7 and ISB 5.9, ISX 15, QSK 30 to QSK 78 engines OR K19, KT38, K50 and QSK50 or QSK60-QSK95, QST30 engines.

* CAT Diesel Engines: C15, CAT 3400 series, CAT 3500 series or CAT 3600 series or Perkins Education and Certifications: * Cummins Certified Master Diesel Technician / Mechanic - Required * High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required * Post-Secondary Certificate or training as a Diesel Technician - Preferred * Experience with Ottawa/Kalmar product - Preferred Benefits: * Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance/Accidental Death/LTD - Company Paid * Supplemental Life Insurance * 401(k) + Company Match!
