Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Judiet Dere State Farm Agency Inc. is searching for a licensed Insurance Account Team Member. Our ideal candidate has their Property & Casualty license and is willing to obtain their Life & Health license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Property & Casualty license

Willing to obtain Life & Health license (reimbursement provided)

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Excellent customer relations skills
