Front of House Support

Position: Front of House Support

Duties:

Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely manner

Ensure that guest's feel important and welcome in the restaurant

Deliver food and beverages to the appropriate table in an efficient and timely manner, announcing each dish.

Other specific duties are as follows:

Pre-bus and clean tables

Assist servers and bartenders with service as needed

Ensure that inventory levels of supplies and product are maintained; Stock server stations and the bar as needed

Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, plates, trash, etc. throughout shift

Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar area

Ability to transition between FOH Support duties based upon service needs and/or guest needs

Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests

Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests

Knowledge of how to make common drinks and the ability to follow the recipe for new drinks desired

Minimum 1 years of experience in food service/hospitality desired but not required

Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and team members

Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions

Ability to pay attention to details

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
