Cincinnati Dayton Fire Protection Service Manager Note: Cincinnati Dayton Fire Protection is a sister Company to Ryan Fireprotection Overview: This position is responsible for ensuring all fire sprinkler work is performed to the highest possible standard, executed efficiently, effectively, and code compliant Key Responsibilities * Oversee day to day labor for Valparaiso Division including Contract, Service and Inspection fitters.

* Maximize productivity of field staff while simultaneously keeping morale at an optimal level.

* Support and train Inspection Team personnel including Inspectors, Inside Sales and Office Manager.

* Implement and enforce all training and safety requirements for field personnel * Attend and assist Operations Manager with monthly projections for Contract work.

* Review all projects completed below projected margins with Salesman and Project Manager * Directly Project Manage all service calls and certain service, repair and maintenance projects.

* Manage Weekly Labor Projections and Placement * Order and manage all tool and rental equipment needs required to complete service projects and inspections.

* Support PMs with kick-off and site visits as needed * Review unbilled work orders weekly with Project Managers and Account Managers * Manage equipment and material stock as directed by Operations Manager * Resolve customer complaints and report to Branch Manager * Answer emergency service calls and dispatch technicians as necessary * Manage on-call technician calendar Important Skills Strong leader, motivator and communicator, with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and make decisions.

Extensive knowledge in NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 required
