What we expect from you * 2 years of experience as a single-unit operator in the food and beverage industry * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Solid talent and performance-management skills * Ability to train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures * Work with your team to meet sales goals, meet food and labor costs, as well as maintain fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service.
