Lead, configure, and customize the Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, Opsgenie and related plugins, to align with organizational requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and scope project requirements.
* Design and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and automation to optimize processes and support business needs.
* Build a playbook to demonstrate the capabilities of Atlassian/Jira to the business users.
* Build and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standard methodologies for the Atlassian tools and related processes.
* Maintain Atlassian environment to best practice standards around security groups, permissions, schema configurations, and backups.
* Create dashboards based on business requirements, troubleshoot Atlassian related issues, and generate reports to provide tool usage and performance insights.
* Proven understanding of IT service management concepts and standard processes.
* Experience with Atlassian tool integration and plugin development is a plus.
* Time management skills to balance ongoing administrative tasks with project-based work.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and with minimal supervision.
* Experience working in scrum or agile teams.
