News & World Report, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of employment law experience for a full-time in-person position.
The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Qualifications * 4+ years of employment law experience.
* Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state court, EEOC, and NYSDHR.
* Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently.
* Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace compliance and legal issues.
* JD from an ABA accredited law school.
* Admitted to New York State Bar and in good standing.
The total annual compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
