Responsibilities
Provides quality team support
Completing administrative work in support of the team
Attention to detail; strong organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate thought and analytical skills in day-to-day tasks
Assists with management of general office space, systems and equipment; serves as the primary point of contact for space and building matters
Makes strong, progressive efforts to enhance knowledge of the finance and accounting functions of the organization
Support of the finance function
Ability to provide timely and accurate data entry
Responsible for administrative functions in our Workamajig system including, general job maintenance, new client setup, invoicing, etc.
Provides on-going maintenance of our file storage system
Assists Finance team with other duties as assigned
Strong internal communication skills
Continually informs the team and provides updates
Communicates with the team in a positive, timely, and articulate manner
Supports the internal team as they work to meet client/business needs
Demonstrates responsiveness and sense of urgency to requests; asks clarifying questions to ensure full understanding of requests
Ensures professional written and verbal communication style
Qualifications
Professional work experience
Strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy throughout their day-to-day duties
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor, both written and verbal
Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills
Has the ability to manage and adjust to competing priorities
Demonstrates ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Proven to be a self-starter
