As a Technical Program Manager in Business Unit Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful projects related to product configuration business process improvement.

Your primary focus will be on project management, ensuring seamless execution of critical initiatives related to order configuration processes and BOM design.

Responsibilities: * Project Management: * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

* Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

* Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* Product Configuration: * Develop an understanding of current product configuration practices across the company.

Identify differences and opportunities for commonization.

Drive cross-functional teams to accept that commonization.

Implement tools for tracking and maintenance of that common approach.

* Ensure that requirements are understood and help drive teams to complete timely deliverables for Variant Configurator implementation.

* Develop tools to monitor, track, and improve metrics in the quote-to-BOM process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define serve level agreements, and to drive to best-in-class performance.

* Identify other opportunities for efficiency and improvement and influence key stakeholders to drive for improvement.

* Develop a means and maintain accurate configuration data and ensure consistency across product variants.

* Drive business processes related to configuration for NPI processes from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical program management.

* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the semiconductor industry.

* Strong understanding of order configuration processes, NPI, and BOM design.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information: * This role operates at a mid-senior level, requiring strategic thinking and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

* Travel may be required to collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and customers.
