Associate Finance Director, Central Manufacturing at a Glanceā€¦. The Associate Finance Director, Central Manufacturing FP&A - Manufacturing Capabilities reports directly to the Head of NA Manufacturing Finance and will be a key finance role to support the company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout Manufacturing operations.

This role will work to increase visibility into manufacturing performance across Kraft Heinz's 30+ factories.

This role will lead factory teams in rituals and routines and process improvement and cost savings initiatives.

This role will also be key in the budget, forecast, and results reporting process.

What's on the menu?

* Lead and establish efficient financial processes (monthly results reporting, budgeting, forecasts) for Operations Finance * Lead factory teams in rituals and routines and process improvement initiatives * Consolidate the monthly Manufacturing results deck for leadership review * Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities * Review analytical projects identifying potential savings and give input on which projects are most viable.

Determine subsequent project plans and timelines * Act as strategic partner for factory teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review * Lead training and change management initiatives across the organization to improve manufacturing capabilities * Support factory results roll up to consolidated Manufacturing Pod results.

* Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred) * Minimum 5 years' Excel mastery and financial systems acumen * Minimum 6 years' Financial Planning / Forecasting experience * Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
