Yardi Systems Specialist

Essential Job Functions * Monitor and review the QA analysis reports of the daily operations of the IPM operations software system that is provided by the Quality Assurance Systems Analysis.

* Operate the YARDI helpdesk that is design to promote "excellence" in the working habits of the IPM staff with the utilization of the operations software data database.

* Troubleshoot and resolve all areas of Yardi regarding the data integrity of the operations software system.

* Communicating and identifying to the on-site staff the discrepancies in the operations software data.

* Monitor and Operations of process for the HUD PIC data, XML, Mitas data and other system reports that govern the day to day operations.

* Oversee all conversion processing for each property site.

* Review monthly pre-close process for quality assurance purposes to ensure that the monthly close out process accuracy.

* Obtaining pre-audit information from the Yardi database (Rent Rolls, Work Orders etc.) * New hire training of Yardi database's (Voyager, Rent Café, PayScan and Resident Shield) * Monitoring reputation analytics reports across Yardi interface platforms.

* Monitoring of the ILM Database * Monitoring of the Aspire (Integral University) Database * Monitoring of the Social Media Database (Instagram and Facebook) The Quality Yardi System Specialist would assist the Quality Assurance Compliance Specialists in the department with the following duties and responsibilities on an as-needed basis as determined by the Director of Yardi Systems: * Quality Assurance (Yardi Voyager, PayScan, Rent Café Affordable, Rent Café PHA etc.) * Create processes and procedures to improve the quality and integrity of the operations software data * Month End Close Review Experience/Qualifications * Two to four years Yardi Voyager Affordable experience * Two to four years experience in apartment management/accounting.

* Have experience with handling customer service.

* Minimum of High School Diploma * Compliance certifications and or willingness to obtain certifications as needed and required by governing agencies.

* Positive attitude and people oriented.

* Must have the ability to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and educational backgrounds.

* Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively (by telephone and written correspondence). Employment Eligibility Verification * Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S.
