The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and enhance overall well-being.

What You Will Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' goals.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.

What You Will Bring: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Current NY state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Strong clinical skills with proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Choice PT is a private practice owned and operated solely by Physical Therapists.

Our staff work, live, and have families in the Southern Tier of NY.

We provide Physical Therapy for all ages and stages of life, treating sports and work injuries, both pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle injuries, joint and spine pain, head and neck pain, balance issues, movement disorders, and many other mechanical, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

We strive to provide the most personal and wholistic experience possible in our small office setting, and we are happy to begin treatment immediately without the necessity of referrals from other providers.
