Primary duties include: * Provide timely & courteous service to customers * In-home diagnosis & repair of various appliances * Utilize a computer for parts inquiry & ordering * Maintaining parts inventory & tools in a company vehicle Job Requirements: * Pass a physical & drug test * Experience and/or training from an accredited trade school preferred * Valid Driver's License * Team oriented * Able to lift/move products weighing up to 200lbs * Saturdays required * Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property * Mechanical aptitude * Problem-solving skills * General knowledge of technology plus ability to read electrical schematics We offer our team members: * Hourly rate starting from $18.00 to $28.00 based upon experience * Our most experienced and top performers earn more than $100,000 per year * Yearly performance review * Potential for advancement * 4 performance-based bonuses throughout the year * Steady year-round work (includes time & a half after 40 hours) * Medical/Dental (Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO Network) & Vision (VSP) * 401(k) (Charles Schwab) which includes a matching program * Life & Disability insurance (Lincoln Financial) * Generous Paid Time Off/Sick Pay Program * Continued training & career development * Employee discounts on all products we sell
