Long Term Nursing Facility -

Long Term Skilled Nursing facility located in Erie County is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for a moderate sized bed facility.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a current New York State LNHA Certification.

Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Office.

Experience in performance management and effective leadership.

Proven Leadership & Management Skills.

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Must maintain confidentiality regarding resident & TGHS proprietary information.

Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with Residents & staff at all levels.
